Set out below is the Terms and Conditions on which Procter & Gamble allows you to access the Site. By accessing the Site you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions set out on this page and all applicable laws. You should be aware that these Terms and Conditions maybe amended from time to time. Warranties and limitation of liability

Procter & Gamble makes no warranties or representations to the extent permitted by law about the accuracy or completeness of this Site content or of the content of any website or websites "hot-linked" to this Site. Neither Procter & Gamble nor any of its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of access to or use of any content of this Site or the content of any website or websites "hot-linked" to this Site. Indemnity and release

The use or misuse of these trademarks or any other content on this Site except as provided in these Terms and Conditions or in the Site content is strictly prohibited.

Place of business of Procter & Gamble

Please note that Procter & Gamble does business only in the State of New South Wales, Australia. Aside from such, if any manufacturing plants, offices, and other facilities in the Commonwealth of Australia referred to in this Site, Procter & Gamble does not own or operate any of the other facilities mentioned herein.

Miscellaneous

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts in that State. If any provisions of this agreement are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach of a term of this agreement by Procter & Gamble will constitute a waiver of the rights of Procter & Gamble arising from that or any other breach. This agreement supersedes and replaces any prior agreement.
