Ingredients:

  • 450g cucumbers (2 medium), peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 container (500g) plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1-1/3 tbsps Fibresure
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 cup ice cubes
