Cool Cucumber Soup

Ingredients:
- 450g cucumbers (2 medium), peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
- 1 container (500g) plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1-1/3 tbsps Fibresure
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 cup ice cubes
